Ardsley Ridge allows dogs and cats (breed restrictions apply)
Two pets per apartment home
Weight limit is under 100 lbs at full growth
A pet addendum, current animal picture, and vet records are required

Pet Fees

$350 pet fee (non-refundable)
$45 monthly per pet

I love how spacious the Townhome is and the set up. The grounds are beautiful and make you feel like you are in a country setting.
